All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, we’ll replace the item at no additional cost or issue store credit.
